What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3PM to 10PM. Please bring photo ID and a card, and let us know roughly what time you’ll arrive so we can be ready for you.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is between 8AM and 10AM.
Is the hotel adults only?
Yes, we’re an adults-only hotel, so all guests need to be 18 or over. We don’t have cots or extra beds.

Can we have a party or a hen or stag do?

Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available, with continental, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
How many people can stay in a room?
Every room is set up for two people, and no more.
Is there a lift?
No. There’s no lift to any of the floors, so the rooms are up the stairs.
What’s in the rooms?
Every room has a private bathroom, a hairdryer, toiletries and tea and coffee. Some have a bath with a shower over it, some a walk-in shower, and Room 11 has a bath set within the room and a balcony. Each room page lists what it has.
Where can we eat?
Harbour Inn, our sister pub, is on the ground floor, with fish from the local day boats. Our other L&B venues around Folkestone and Sandgate are close by too.
Where are you?
28 Harbour Street, Folkestone, CT20 1QN, right by the harbour. The beach is about 500m away, the town centre is a short walk, and Folkestone Central station is about 1.4km away.
How do we book?
Online, through our secure booking page. Pick your dates on any page and you’ll see every room free that night.
