Breakfast is walk-in only, so you can't book it: just come along between 10AM and 12. For lunch or dinner at the weekend, a Sunday roast, or if there are more than four of you, we'd say yes. Just tap Book a table at the top of the site to book through OpenTable. For a midweek drink at the bar, you usually won't need to. Walk-ins are welcome when there's room, but we can't promise a table if we're full.

Of course, if we've got a table free. Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunch get busy, so it's best to book for those.

No, each one's a bit different. Luben does pizza. The Pullman, Harbour Inn and The Ship Inn do roasts and pub food. Cat & Fiddle is all about the drinks.

Yes, Luben does pizza to take away. The pubs are really for eating in, but just ask at the bar if you'd like something boxed up. We can't always do the full menu to go.

It's in Sandgate, at 65 Sandgate High Street, CT20 3AH. It isn't on Folkestone harbour. That's Harbour Inn, on Harbour Street.

There's street parking and public car parks near each of our places.

Each venue page has an email address where there is one. For anything group-wide, use the contact details on this site. Please don't book through social media messages, as we can't take bookings there.

It depends on the venue and the day, and each venue page has its own times. The Pullman, The Ship Inn and Harbour Inn open at 10AM every day. They close at 11PM Monday to Thursday, midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 10PM on Sunday. Food's served from 10AM every day, starting with breakfast until 12. Monday to Saturday, lunch is 12–3 and dinner 5–9, or until 9:30 on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday, food's served all day until 8PM. Luben opens from 12 each day, and Panataria's open from 9:30AM to 4PM every day.

Dogs are welcome in the bar areas at The Pullman, The Ship Inn, Harbour Inn and Cat & Fiddle, but not in the restaurant areas. They're welcome at Panataria, and at London & Paris Hotel in the bar area of the function room (not the bedrooms). Sorry, no dogs inside Luben. Assistance dogs are always welcome, and there are water bowls and dog treats wherever dogs can go.

The Pullman has a proper garden. Our other places have a bit of outside space when the weather's nice, some bigger than others. It's first come, first served, unless we've told you it's reserved when you booked.

Nothing fancy. Come as you are, as long as you've got a shirt and shoes on and you're happy to share the room with everyone else.

We look after people who've booked and people who are already sitting down. So if there are more of you than we've got room for, we might have to turn a booking away or ask you to wait. We'll also refuse service if someone turns up drunk, gets drunk over the evening, or starts treating the bar like their own private party.

Yes, of course. Last food orders still apply, though. Buggies can be a squeeze when the bar's busy, so please fold yours up if you can.
