Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar tools, such as your browser's local storage. This page explains which ones we use and how to control them.
Your choice
When you first visit, our banner lets you choose Accept all, Required only or Choose. Nothing optional runs until you say so. You can change your mind any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer or on this page.

We use Google Consent Mode in its basic form. If you don't accept analytics, Google Analytics cookies aren't set and no analytics requests go to Google.
We don't use advertising cookies or the Meta Pixel.
Other things on our pages
- Fonts: our fonts are stored on our own website, so loading them doesn't contact Google or any other outside service.
- Restaurant Guru badge: on The Ship Inn page, the badge loads images and styles from Restaurant Guru's servers only after you allow third-party cookies. Clicking it takes you to Restaurant Guru.
- Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube: these are plain links. Those sites only set cookies if you go to them.
Controlling cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
