Here at Luben we are passionate about pizza; making sourdough from scratch on site. We're still using the same sourdough starter since we opened in 2016! Everything here is homemade where possible, and ingredients are sourced only from suppliers of the highest standard, so we can be genuinely proud of our dishes. We make our sourdough in house, using the same dough for pizza & bread.

All our pizzas, dough & pasta dishes, plus anything with bread, contain gluten. Please ask your server if you wish to swap your pizza to a gluten free base. Whilst we can't guarantee a 100% flour free environment, we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination. All our pizza & pasta dishes contain dairy. Please let your server know if you wish to swap for dairy free, vegan cheese. The kitchen handles nuts, fish and crustaceans. Please make your server aware of any allergies or intolerances.
