A Victorian harbour hotel on the corner of Harbour Street, rescued from collapsed roofs and crumbling walls and restored by Ben and Lucy from 2020. Every room is uniquely designed with a mix of vintage furnishings, and dinner is never far away: Harbour Inn, our sister pub with fish from the local day boats, is right next door.

Our eleven rooms

Every room is for two people, we’re an adults-only hotel, and there’s no lift to any floor.

Rooms 4 & 8 · 2 rooms

Double

An intimate double with a luxurious bed, a walk-in shower and a window to sit by with a drink.

Rooms 1–3, 5–7, 9, 10 · 8 rooms

Superior

Big beds and big windows over the harbour. Some have a bath with a shower, some a cosy lounge corner.

Room 11 · 1 room

The Suite

A bath set within the room, a private en-suite and a balcony. The one for a special occasion.

Check-in is 3PM–10PM, and check-out is 8AM–10AM.

Is breakfast included?

It is on our Bed and Breakfast rate. It's Harbour Inn's breakfast, served in the hotel's own breakfast room, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Where are you?

At 28 Harbour Street, overlooking Folkestone harbour, with Harbour Inn right next door.

Is London & Paris Hotel adults only?

Yes, all eleven rooms at London & Paris Hotel are adults only.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome in the bar area of our function room, but not in the bedrooms. Assistance dogs are always welcome.

Is there parking?

We don't have guest parking, but Tram Road public car park (CT20 1QR) is open 24 hours and about 3 minutes' walk away. Charges apply from 8am each day. Blue Badge holders park free for up to 3 hours in council car parks.

Can I eat nearby?

Yes, Harbour Inn is right next door, serving seafood, pies and a Sunday roast.
