Cat & Fiddle is a proper pub on the corner. People pop in for a pint after work, a bite to eat and a bit of music.

  1. Fusion Jam: Cuban NightAn Afro Cuban carnival night with special guests Randy Lester and Ransey Estevez (The Cuban Connection). Live music, free entry.
  2. Live Music LoungeClassic soul, Motown and reggae with Marceline & The Terry Smiles Collective (London). Doors 7pm, live music from 7.30pm.

Are you open on Sundays?

No, we're closed on Sundays (and Monday and Tuesday). We're open 5pm–11pm Wednesday and Thursday and 12 noon–midnight Friday and Saturday.

Do you serve food?

Yes, pizzas and loaded fries, 5pm–9pm Wednesday and Thursday and 12 noon–9:30pm Friday and Saturday.

Can I book a table?

No, we're walk-in only, so just come along.

Is it free to get in?

Most nights, yes. If a gig is ticketed, we'll say so on the listing.

How do I get in touch?

No need to book, just come along. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for gig news.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome in our bar areas. Assistance dogs are always welcome.

Can I bring the kids?

Yes, of course. The same rules apply as at our other pubs: last food orders still apply, and buggies can be a squeeze when the bar's busy, so please fold yours up if you can.

Is there parking?

The nearest public car park is Payers Park (CT20 1JG), about 3 minutes' walk, and Shellons Street car park is close by too. There's also street parking nearby. Blue Badge holders park free for up to 3 hours in council car parks.
