A bit about us

The L&B Restaurant Group started it's life as one pub, The Pullman, refurbished and opened in the Summer of 2014 by Husband & Wife team, Ben & Lucy Cuthbert. The ethos for the Pullman was simple; Serve exceptional Kentish food and create a warm, welcoming space famed for fine-feasting and fantastic hospitality. 

 Each L&B Restaurant offers a different flavour within Folkestone, but the recipe remains the same across all four venues: Provide outstanding service and present the of seasonal, local produce.

Local Produce

The L&B Restaurant Group is committed to serving locally sourced, seasonal produce wherever possible.

 

That's why our Grocer works with selected growers over Kent and the Southeast, our Butcher is situated in the town-center and our Fishmonger is across the road from The Harbour Inn.

We are dedicated to providing a safe dining experience at all L&B Restaurants; clearly highlighting Vegan & Vegetarian dishes with separate menus and training all staff to be allergy aware.

Folkestone's Local

As residents and patrons of the town there's nothing pretentious in what the group is trying to achieve. Taking-on unloved buildings, giving them a spruce-up, re-opening them to the public and hopefully creating another friendly space within the town. 

We're proud to be able to offer over eighty jobs to locals, and this should keep on growing.
